Product and goods quality certificates currently play a very important role in building brands, reputation and trust in the product quality of businesses in the market today. Certificates are also the most practical proof that products and goods conform to prescribed standards.
What is a product quality certificate?
Product quality certificate, also known as Certificate of quality (C/Q). This type of paper is issued for goods that comply with quality standards in the country of manufacture or international standards and conditions. The quality certificate is proof that the goods have met the announced standards, so customers can feel secure and have confidence when using that product on the market.
Forms of product quality certification
Currently, Vietnam has two main forms of product quality certification, which are standard conformity certification and regulation conformity certification. Standard conformity certification is understood as certification of the quality of goods based on corresponding domestic or international standards and conditions. This certification method is often certified and announced by organizations or individuals but must still ensure accuracy.
Standard conformity certification follows the principle of a voluntary activity, while regulation conformity certification must be a mandatory activity. Certification of conformity is an activity aimed at certifying the quality of products in accordance with technical standards as prescribed by state management agencies. Certification of conformity often addresses hygiene and environmental safety issues.
