About
- DINH TRAN who is passionate in caring for people through his career journey with the safety major. He graduated as Safety Engineering from Ton Duc Thang University in 2004. With 16 years working in Health Safety and Environment (HSE), He did start with his first company is ICI – AkzoNobel Vietnam which is the very first International Company to apply Safety Culture in Vietnam at that moment. He went through all processing of building the safety culture almost 6,5 years from foundation to aspirational level. AkzoNobel is evaluated as the most strictly safety culture in Vietnam right now after the oil-gas industry.
- Dinh Tran has been moving forward to FMGC industry while he join PepsiCo as H&S National Manager to manage 6 beverage factories and he has worked for Kimberly Clark Vietnam (KCV) for 5 years to have many practicing with Base Behavior Safety Program (BBSP) for enhancing the safety culture and HSE management system to higher level with the amazing outcome is over 1500 days without incident. He now keeps moving his passion on BBSP with a larger scale in EHS and Compliance filed at Avery Dennison Vietnam which is in charge of regional scope for Vietnam & Cambodia, the non-stop counting for Site performing right now is over 930 days free of incident.
- With the vision “Living for sharing”, almost 8 years, Dinh Tran also a founder of The Inhouse HSE club (Non-profit) which gathers a lot of students and newbies in HSE field to facilitate and improve their knowledge including needed soft skills, In ordering to bring up Vietnam Safety Culture in other helping hands from his networks and his safety applications to more and more companies based in Vietnam.
